Over the last 15+ years, I’ve worked at the intersection of customers, delivery teams, and leadership. My experience spans program management, customer success & implementation, and enterprise operations across financial services, SaaS, ad and lending tech, customer support automation, and cloud services. In every role, the same patterns emerged: unclear ownership, friction between teams, and wasted cycles.
